Making a house a home is in Jack Shorb’s blood. Following in the footsteps of his business-owner father and real estate agent mother, Jack hails from a long-lineage of entrepreneurial success. The DC-native has put his business and real estate knowledge to work and become a leader in the DC, MD, and VA markets.

Living life to the fullest and taking risks ignite Scott Buzzelli’s passion for real estate. Scott fears living a mundane life and attributes his success to being willing to lose it all. Risk is required to reap rewards.
Scott went from being THE guy to turn car dealerships around to cutting his teeth on real estate in his free time to co-founding Middleburg Real Estate | Atoka Properties with fellow Leo’s Circle member Peter Pejacsevich in 2008. Coming from the retail side of things, then the land development side (commercially and residentially) of real estate, Scott always pours his energy into learning and excelling at any venture he tackles.

Originally from Austria, Peter began his career in Vienna. Like his father, his mentor, working hard to support his family over the last couple of decades has shaped his character. When real estate has its ups and downs (which it always does), you never give up. Your family is counting on you, and you find a way.
In 2008, Peter co-founded Middleburg Real Estate | Atoka Properties with fellow Leo's Circle member Scott Buzzelli, and together they teach agents across Virginia and West Virginia how to build value-aligned real estate businesses.
Shalisha Ragland left a career as a law enforcement officer to turn her part-time interest into a full-time career. And in that relatively short time, she has experienced incredible growth and inspired entire communities to follow their dreams.
Shalisha infuses her business with the belief that you can advocate for your clients and still be a good person. She hopes to set an example for her children and other children in Southeast DC to be humble, to be good people, and to push for their dreams no matter what. As Shalisha advocates, the life you are born into isn’t the life you have to live.
After selling and staging her own house, Shirley directed that passion and talent into a new career as a real estate agent.
